Reviving this old thread because I am pretty sure I am going to start implementing this style of eating into my life.

Did everyone who ran this complete the preparation phase that is talked about? 7-10 days of no carbs basically to kind of reset your glycogen stores and metabolism. I figured it couldn't hurt either way but was curious of what some peoples experiences are. Especially becuase 4th of July is coming up, and I love me some food (but could just eat it without the buns, haha).
