Well my weight must have hit a new set point. Since I've gotten back from my cruise calories have slowly been increased by about 600 with no change in weight. This might also be due to frequent heavy lifting that I started after reading Jamie Lewis and Greg Nuckols blogs. What I've noticed from this is little to no muscle soreness, setting up on a lift is basically an afterthought, plus I'm leaning out and weight is staying steady. So a pretty good recomp effect I guess.
