Speed work day. Was not feeling 100% until I hit the end of the speed squats, nor did my hips feel loose at all. I think I feel a deload coming on, and/or a decrease in squat/dead frequency to once per week.

Speed pulls - 315x10x1



Speed squat - 225x3x2, 315x3x2


Snatch grip deadlift - 135x7, 225x2x10


KB swing - 26kgx3x15
Posted video, but it included a song that was pretty raunchy so I took it down. If anyone wants to know what a KB swing is, just ask.
