3/5/1 Cycle 12 Wave 3 Powerlifting
395x2 rep PR
DL felt easy/light until the 465. Was going for a new PR. I think I might have been too aggressive on the ramping up. I am seeing a pattern. That ALWAYS seems to be my problem. I get too aggressive and screw it up. So pissed at myself. Starting on Cycle 13, I am going to quit going for 1rm and focus on rep PRs. Too me, those are more impressive. I did, however, hit a couple of rep PRs today, so I guess it can't be all bad. Was also suppose to do Rack Pulls, but opted for BB Rows. Haven't done those since before I started 5/3/1. Felt real good doing those again. I really need to sit and evaluate my accessory work. I think I worry too much about getting it ALL done and loose focus on what is really important, the main lifts. I always tell ppl Keep It Simple Stupid, but I cannot take my own advice. I think its about time I do just that. My off week will give me time to really figure it out.

It just takes time and it takes the heart to keep moving through the tough times.
