Refreshing to hear your only human with the rough-ish session. Ia m all for more sets and reps of squats as I feel that it what is making me better at them.

I didn't know you had issues with RDL's like you described. Wow - 6 inches of swinging. Good to hear your making big strides using hip power to rectify it.
