dzarello 3/5/1 Powerlifting training log
I started 5/3/1 BBB last October and had real good success. After 7 cycles, I decided to switch to the Powerlifting version and have been with it since mid March.
Looking forward to hitting 300s bench, 400s squat, 500s dl and 200s on ovh press sometime this year.

It just takes time and it takes the heart to keep moving through the tough times.
I just want a place where I can be left alone to get strong and work off some aggression.
