dzarello 3/5/1 Powerlifting training log
I started 5/3/1 BBB last October and had real good success. After 7 cycles, I decided to switch to the Powerlifting version and have been with it since mid March.
Looking forward to hitting 300s bench, 400s squat, 500s dl and 200s on ovh press sometime this year.
Success comes to those who persevere, not to those who complain and give up
I just want a place where I can be left alone to get strong and work off some aggression.
The greatest danger for most of us is not that our aim is too high we miss it, but that it is too low and we reach it.
