75x12x1 4 more than last week, but 3 short of goal
Incline B/B Press
110x10x1 5 short of goal
I dropped rep down to 10 from 15, and added a extra set. Have been using a titan ram for the last 2 sets, I did all sets tonight without it.
Decline triceps ext.
Red mini band x 100
I felt like I did not fully recover today from last nights squats. Went into tonight's training feeling tired. Overall I thought I had a good session.
Shoulder is sore but not a pain type soreness.
