It was a while ago now but at my last meet in November 2012 the SPF Backyard Meet of the Century I did 202.5 kg (446.4 lb) squat, 132.5 kg (292 lb) bench, and 230 kg (507 lb) deadlift at 239.5 lbs raw for a 565 kg (1245.4 lb) total. My previous best was in August of 2011 I did 315 lb squat, 250 lb bench, and 500 lb deadlift at 265 lbs raw.
