Wasn't brave enough to try for that last rep with no spotter, so same weight next week.

On a side note, I ran into the high school kid I've been helping in the parking lot as I was leaving. He said the squat routine I have him on is really working. I told him that at his age as long as he is eating like a horse, any program is going to work. He proceeds to tell me yeah, I'm eating like crazy, I had 6 granola bars at school today. <FACEPALM>!!!! Protein boy! Eat yourself some protein!!! LOL
