Tester workout. I tried 145 on squats without the knee wraps and my knee was barking at me. With wraps it belt much butter, but I did not push things.

No way Nationals will be a go. Too much risk. Time to move on.

Squats

415 x 3

Leg Extensions
90 x 50 reps (Burn Set)

Could barely walk up the stairs. The burn set destroyed my quads. My conditioning is weak.
