3/17: ULC Prep Phase Day 1

Day 1 of 10 - today was a lifting day; felt ok during the workout; not too pleased with my 5/3/1 top set but considering I took the past week off for spring break I won't complain too much.

Gonna shoot for 1g of protein/fat per lb of bw and adjust up/down depending on the mirror and energy levels.
