I am making my own pre workout drink for reasons of ecomony . . .The over the counter powders are hugely expensive.


5g Beta Alanine, 4g Citrulline Malate, 200mg Caffeine, 4g Taurine. Mix with water. and a wee bit of OJ


Not taken every day . . . .only once a week or less . . on a ME day. Makes a difference.
