Reverse band squat 1x2
Olympic squat 5x5
No leg press so
Front squat 4x15
135x10x4 and im decimated.
Never did 40 front squats before. PR
No reverse hyper planned on Romanian deads too tired
No kettlebell so plate swings 3x15
