I should have explained my reason for bringing this up.

Right now it takes me 40-45 minutes to warmup before my first working squat set. If I squat 1x a week I reduce my warmup time each week by 45 minutes, which could be used for other work. Pretty much the same deal with deadlifts and bench.

That is the conundrum.

So if I stick with fullbody I am considering something Grimekian on day 1:

315 x 10
415 x AMAP
465-505 x AMAP

This way my warmups serve as "work." Day 2 might be a 20 repper on squats.
