Murrell Hall is awesome
He actually is the real deal. What most people don't know is he taught physical education at a small school in a po-dunk town called Warrensburg just a few years back.... well more like 20 years back, but still. He was my P.E. teacher from kindergarten through 4th grade and not only is he the most ripped guy you'll ever see (especially at the age of 70+) he had us little kids running miles, staying in shape, and making working out fun. I am who I am today physically because of that man. He taught us the importance of not smoking and not drinking and treating your body like a temple and led us in his example every day. I'm so glad to see he is doing so well.
