I've read of people taking anywhere from a simple 5000mcg daily, to upwards of 100,00mcgs daily. Obviously, there must be a risk from taking so much of anything. But I've been taking about 20,000mcg daily, and haven't really noticed anything. I've been doing so for close to 3-4 months, maybe longer. I don't plan on buying more when my bottle runs out.

I did give the mega-dosage idea a thought, but I also gave the side effects a though, and decided to drop it out of supp diet. If I notice anything afterwards, I may go back to 10k-20k/mcg a day, but that's unlikely. I'll get mine from my food, and my multi-vitamin..
