I just re-worked my diet and ADDED 3 pieces of bacon every day!
My calories from fat is 47%...
Everyone's different, but sugars (in excess, out of time) will usually make you fatter than fat...plus fat is essential for testosterone, satiety, vitamin absorption, joint health, etc...
