Default My amazing wife!

Over a year ago my wife got the bug to start powerlifting with me. She showed lots of promise, but a couple weeks later she broke her finger, then a few weeks after that she got pregnant with our amazing daughter, Josie. She was finally able to start really training again only a couple weeks ago when we got a small home gym together.

Today, after only a couple deadlifting sessions, she pulled 155lb. conventional at a bodyweight of 112lb. This is probably the 5th dead lifting session she's EVER done.

I'm so incredibly proud of her, and I want everyone to know it.
