Thursday OHP
Shoulders felt a little off today, but I still hit the reps easy. I am eliminating DE bench to see how it works out.

Standing OHP
95x2x5
135x7 sets x 5 reps, 60 sec rest
135x8 reps, had plenty left in the tank

Pull Ups
BW x 5 x 8

Dips
BW x 2 x 12
Plus light band x 3 x 10
BW x 15, 12

Neutral Grip Pull Ups
BW x 2 x 8

Accessory Circuit 3 rounds no rest
Tricep Pushdown Grenade Handle x 50 each arm x 3 sets x 12 reps
Hammer Curls x 30s x 12 each arm
Lateral Raise x 12s x 12 each
This got an awesome pump going!

Felt pretty good today, once I got loosened up. I think I slept wrong on my shoulders, but no big deal. Trained through it.

Nytric: Really kicked in when I started the circuit, my arms blew up like balloons!!
