Shoulders felt a little off today, but I still hit the reps easy. I am eliminating DE bench to see how it works out.

This got an awesome pump going!
Felt pretty good today, once I got loosened up. I think I slept wrong on my shoulders, but no big deal. Trained through it.
Nytric: Really kicked in when I started the circuit, my arms blew up like balloons!!
