Thumbs up DAY 42: 225.0 lbs. (down 18.6 lbs.)

Today was Day 42 of my diet, weighed 225.0 lbs. (down 18.6 lbs.). I did legs today and repped 405x10, after 5x12 on squats. The most I ever repped 405 was 10x when I was weighing 245-250 lbs., so I'm def. happy that I was able to rep 405x10 weighing 225 lbs. But wasn't too happy that I was only able to get 455x3, but think I was just fatigued...next week will be better!!!
