Swapped out back squats for front squats in order to give my deltoid some relief.


Starting Monday, I am going to start a recomposition phase, going back to 3 days per week with higher intensity and lower volume. I decided to end my non-existent bulk a few weeks early, since I really didn't gain any weight at all. I will be going back to eating +20% of maintenance on training days, and -20% on rest days, coupled with carb cycling.


Time to eat some grub :scoff:
