Spray a cereal bowl with PAM
Place the following inside and mix thoroughly
1/4 cup Egg Beaters <-------------Put this in FIRST!
1/4 cup Flax
1/4 cup Almond Meal
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp Salt (I dont like salt so u may need to double)
Microwave 1 minute (to 1.5 minutes)
DONE - It will fall out of the mug
The guy who made the recipe goes on to say
Someone also recommended adding cinnamon and splenda which seems legit.
Double this, used 3 eggs instead of that egg white only nonsense, and added 1/4 stick of better and some garlic.
Taste is decent, perfect for burgers.
