Zero Carb Bread
Given to me by Randoja
Spray a cereal bowl with PAM
Place the following inside and mix thoroughly
1/4 cup Egg Beaters <-------------Put this in FIRST!
1/4 cup Flax
1/4 cup Almond Meal
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 Tsp Salt (I dont like salt so u may need to double)
Microwave 1 minute (to 1.5 minutes)
DONE - It will fall out of the mug
The guy who made the recipe goes on to say
I thougth about adding onion or garlic powder to enhance the flavor but I tend to like things bland
I MIGHT add SLIGHTLY less egg next time
If you are not worried about calories, a tbls of butter or oil of choice would be a great addition but NOT NEEDED
Someone also recommended adding cinnamon and splenda which seems legit.
