Rarely use a pre workout but I have jack3d there for those days I'm feeling drained. I find it good for focus with no nasty crashes afterwards.. Not that it matters now that it's off the market..

Also tried 1mr and it didn't agree with me. I had good energy and focus but I suffered from the crash for a long time afterwards
