To be honest with everyone, I have no clue about Carb Back Loading.
Morning Weight: 165 LBs
I have no idea what I'm doing with CBL, maybe I need to eat more. Body comp is still good, but the bodyweight fluctuates soo much.
Last night I had half a loaf of french bread, and then before bed a bowl of cereal. Protein is staying constant, Im taking in around 160-180, every day.
