Last nights workout was awesome. I haven't felt like I was going to puke during a training session in a long time

5 min treadmill and active stretching

Squat

^First set was beltless

Front Squat

Stationary Lunge

Planks
BW+26 x 60 sec

Hanging Leg Raises
BW x 10,10,6
^May have to switch these out soon, I am hesitant to do so because they are awesome for the abs I just can't progress with them.
