The problem with bulking that much though for someone not juicing is just that. (mainly referring to the "bulk" pics of the pros) Test burns fat. So they can switch there juice cycle to get dry fat burning results, plus I'm sure some Clen and/or some other under the counter aid.
It is my opinion that naturals or even PH users keep their fat levels in check. I don't mean running around below 10%, but just in check. Definitely under 20%.
The exception of course being a powerlifter. I do believe you are at your strongest when you are carrying a good amount of fat. Every time I start getting pretty lean, my #'s plummet!
