followed by 5 sets of Incline bench:
140*10*1Set
160*10*1Set
180*10*1Set
200*08*1Set
220*06*1set

and 5 sets of triceps extension.

Was able to do 2 reps with 390, so tried with 400. But too much assistance was there in first rep. Told my partner to just keep his hands on bar (and do not work on his biceps ... and tried 2nd one. And finally touched 400 mark. phew.... Next target is 400*5 ...
