Default Signs of Overtraining

When I first started lifting, I wanted to be as big as I could be. And I thought if I trained, trained, trained, I was doing my body good. Your body needs the rest to help you gain the muscles. It is not good to train to the point of where you overtrain. Here are some signs that you may be overtraining.

1. Tired during most of the day, very fatigued.
2. You are making no gains in your muscles.
3. You do not have any appetite.
4. You can not sleep.
5. Pain in your muscles that last longer than it should.
