No PRs here, but I still had to give this session an A. Usually I only reserve "A" grades for PR days.
Deadlift is still about 100lbs shy of where it was in December, but it feels very solid.
Walking lunges are a kick in the ass.
I added High rep shrugs for a little extra trap work and grip work.
Right now I'm really really liking 5/3/1. I'm feeling very good about it.
It is more about how you feel after your workout ... and you feel great. PR will follow in no time ...
