Squats : 17.05.2012

some stretching followed by 2 sets of squat for warm up ...
120*8*1 set
210*8*1 set

Working sets
300*5*1set
320*5*1set [felt a bit easy ... need to increase wt. in first set in next session]
350*5*1set
360*4*1set
370*3*1set

followed by 100 counts [50 each] of lunges with 70 lb dbl in each hand.
3 sets of Leg extension (12,10,10 reps) to finish the session.

started my session with a wt. lighter than in my previous session just to get the feel. And It worked ... was able to squat with a wt. better then last session. Looking forward to join 400+ club ...
