Default How to cut for a meet/Water Manipulation

Here are a few articles on water manipulation. The idea is to cut 8-15lbs of water to make weight. This is obviously ideal for 24hr weigh ins, and I would not suggest it for younger lifters. With everything, keep in mind your health will need to come first!
