Regular coke, for example, say 12 to 16 oz can/bottle can have 39 to 42 grams of sugar. When one goes to the coffee area at a business, and sees those little sugar packets, they are about 2 grams for each packet. Therefore, in one 12oz can of Coke, one is consuming about 20 2 gram packets of sugar in one drink. Sort of makes some stop and analyze the situation.
