NOTES

Squats - PR - nuff said!

This was one of those sessions that brings a smile to your face. Sweat was dripping, legs felt whooped. The only negative? I let the dog in while I showered, I came down to find him eating the london broil I had set out to thaw for dinner tonight. He is not on my good side at the moment.
