I've used the modern BCAA. That was the first BCAA I used before I tried Xtend. I did honestly feel a difference when it came to my recovery, but like I said this was my first experience with BCAA's, so I can't say if it's necesarily better than other BCAA products.
The reviews all looked really solid and I'd happily use it again. I actually would have bought some of this today, but I just got another BCAA product to try.
