Here's what I did yesterday;

I took a bar, loaded it up with 135 and put it next to the heavy bag at my gym, then I had my wife time me for 3 tabata inspired cycles. Each cycle was performed with no rest during, and about 2-3 minutes in between each.

first cycle;
1. 20 seconds on the bag
2. 10 power cleans
3. 20 seconds on the bag
4. 10 bent over rows

second cycle;
1. same thing
2. 10 front squats
3. same thing
4. 10 SLDL

I did another one, but I can't remember the exercises, and you get the idea.

Each one was about a minute of work, and my lungs were fried after the third one.
