If you never, ever, ever, ever need more than 30 grams per meal do you listen to your body when you're really hungry or stop eating protein because of this rule?
If you never, ever, ever, ever need more than 30 grams per meal and frequent feeding is a myth do you ever recommend eating more than 90 grams of protein per day?
If frequent feeding is a myth then why does this eating approach work for everyone that uses it?
