I can't find anything specific on Eiferman. The Steve Reeves book has a section on diet, and there's lots of info on Steves diet from that time. Steve and George were training partners back then. I'd probably look at Reeves diet as a basic conservative approach. I believe that Park took a more Hoover approach, and ate bigger.
