Great post D!

Im with this guy all the way, theres nothing wrong in having a program to follow but i rarely have, and havent been able to follow one for more than a month, ever i think hehe.

I rarely have a plan when i go to the gym, except for maybe one lift that i feel like doing.

Max effort bench 2 days in a row? Well if i feel like it i do it haha
