yeah I feel silly for over doing the caffeine like that. so I tweaked my knee on Thurs which made squatting not wise on fri/sat, so today ( Monday we doubled up)

I used to only use straps, but since I dont do...

I used to only use straps, but since I dont do any grip work I do all that I can without straps, and just toss em on when I feel my hands are tired. No sense in letting my back suffer for my hands.
