I have no idea. I ws given a specific diet to follow every day by a trainer. I just eat what I am told and since being on it I have lost 21 pounds in 3 months.

I know I have been slacking in here... was involved in a transformation contest. Came in 13th out of 38 who finished it. My current weight as of this morning is 300.7 pounds. Almost at 299 finally....

This past weekend was just really stressful having the grandkids over. The one especially was so whiny all the time, it just got on my nerves that I ate to calm myself down.

Had a bad weekend and cheated alot. Gained back up to 308.9 on Monday, back down to 307.4 today. Just as I was closing in I do something stupid like that...ah well back to the grind.

well I am on a plan with an online trainer at the moment, so not going to change things at the moment, but definitely something to look into in the future. My first priority is to lose the fat.

So I have heard, just there isn't anything in my gym that I can really use for a box... I guess I can use a bench but when I do legs everyone else is doing chest so there aren't many benches lying...

It depends on the day. Some days I can get 315 up no problem, others 225 is a chore. Usually in the winter my knees scream at me alot more than the summer.
