Smith Machine Bench -
2-45 lb plates for 15 reps
2-24 lb and 2-25 lb plates for 10 reps
2-24 lb, 2-25, and 2-10 lb plates for 8 reps
4-45 lb plates for 8 reps

That's true. My workout partner and I spoke as much about praying today as we did weightlifting. The two are a good combination - good weights and good prayer. Have a blessed day.
