Poor appetite cures anyone?

I normally have to force myself to eat when not hungry to be in a surplus( a very slight one too). Past few weeks I got sickk of force feeding myself and ate by feel when I was hungry ...lost 4 lbs...

What is considered "intermediate" as a lifter

In my mind I see it as 3 plate squat, 2 plate bench and 4 plate deadlift all for reps. Is there a universal standard for what is intermediate? Stuff like the chart below bases it on your lifts in...
