Yeah been down here for about a year and a half now. Love it!! I'm about 12 miles inland from A.C. Still work in Philly everyday though so I got a nice commute.

The training is feeling better than it has in a long time. My lifts are all feeling pretty good and strength is going up even in a big calorie deficit!
