I find that a pre-exhaust combination of drop set...

I find that a pre-exhaust combination of drop set leg extensions supersetted with high rep leg presses in the 20 to 50 range is all I require. One set and my quad workout is completed.

Do you believe one set to failure is enough per exercise? Why or why not? This would, of course, mean using multiple exercises per bodypart per day.
