Great job Linden on everything. 1 thing however: are those 24 reps in 1 set for squats? Are you sure you are doing full squats? 24 reps is a WHOLE lot.

Thanks offroad! Yeah one of my friends who is a little more experienced helped me with learning the basic movements. He told me to use just the bar and since his form is topnotch I trusted him.

I always do 1 bodyweight movement at the end of my workout followed by mobility drills. This day I chose chinups because i did Dips friday.
