Yea I have noticed improved focus since starting. Love being able to skip breakfast and not feeling guilty. Used to have the hardest time getting food down in the morning.

Any intermittent fasters?

Been doing intermittent fasting for awhile now, takes the stress out of dieting + Iv gotten some great results from it.

Before I started 5/3/1 I did the boring but big rep setup but instead of 5/3/1 for the main lift I would always just do 3 sets of 5...

Been working out for about 3 years now. Just finished up my last wrestling season of highschool and looking to gain back my weight (dropped from 190 with abs to a 160lb skinny SOB)....
