hey gents! my grandfatther's 90th bday...

hey gents!

my grandfatther's 90th bday yesterday so i had a very strict 35 mins to train yesterday morning! i cut back to 2 sets of each exercise and was down to 30 sec rest's.

had a session yesterday but still only about 80%, very frustrating.

All well I guess patience is a virtue:)
