my grandfatther's 90th bday...
hey gents!
my grandfatther's 90th bday yesterday so i had a very strict 35 mins to train yesterday morning! i cut back to 2 sets of each exercise and was down to 30 sec rest's.

so a week and a half off training, it was so good to get back today.
i did not try to push too hard i just eased back in and enjoyed it.
