It's been a while since I've logged. I haven't quit training or anything, but there's just so much fun and awesome stuff going on in my social life that I barely have time to go home to sleep :)...

Thanks for the input. I'll definitely try changing the rep range first. Maybe I'll do 5x5 again for a change or something crazy and fun like 10 triples.

How much is too much?

I've recently been training with a high volume BBing style 5-day split. It's been fun but the leg day is killing me. All I'm doing is squats and leg presses, both 5 sets to failure in the rep range...

Thanks for all the answers, it's interesting how many different styles there can be to warming up. The key point is to get the muscles and CNS prepared without tiring yourself.

Anyone use JEFIT? I think it's a great app once you're past the learning curve. I log in all my workouts using that now. It's easy because they're stored on the computer so no more browsing through...
