My mass gaining program
Monday: Chest
Flat Bench: 4 sets for 6-8 reps.
Incline Dumbbell: 4 sets for 6-8 reps.
2 sets of cable crossovers for 10 reps.
2 sets of pec dec for 10 reps

i need to bulk. im fairly ecto so im conservative about volume and frequency. dont know if its good or bad. my diet is in check of course.
sets are straight sets....

Ive always used straight sets, for example 4x6, same weight. when im able to complete all 6 reps in all 4 sets then I increase weight next workout. but if I do 6 reps each set...
